Terms of service

The terms of service are required to be reviewed before submitting a request to get a commission. Nsfw content is included, so you must be at least 18 years old to order a commission or view any content from this artist.Artists Permissions-Unless told otherwise, the artist may use your art as examples of skill or to post online ( with credit).- The artist will continue to post personal pieces or warmups as long as progress is made. If you would like to check on your status, visit the trello linked here and in "Socials" on the homescreen.- The artist reserves the right to reject or cancel a commission following the refund policy.- The artist reserves the right to set the prices for tiers and adjustments as they wish. You will not be charged extra if prices change after you pay for your commission.Customer Permissions-You own the character, but not the art. Do not feed the art at any stage to AI or claim you drew the piece yourself.-Credit must be given ( credit in profile if it's a pfp). At the very least keep watermark visible in public posts.- If you receive a partial refund and have the artwork's lineart, YOU CANNOT WORK ON IT OR COLOR IT IN! This only applies if you did not initially commission a lineart piece.Exclusions- You will not commission this artist to create art that incites harassment of any kind on another user. This includes violence or involving them in a sexual piece without consent.- No depictions of children/lolis, feral porn, rape ( cnc is different), incest (including step-parent/sibling)- Any other exclusions are up to the artist to decideTime Frame- If no deadline/ timeframe is established, please give the artist a month-long grace period- Deadlines, if any, must be made known to the artist before beginning production and payment.- Deadlines cannot be shortened once establishedRefunds- You will only be eligible for a full refund if it is still in the planning/ sketch phase or if production has not started within a month- You will be eligible for a partial refund if the piece is in the lineart stage or the planning/sketch stage required numerous adjustments- You will not be eligible for ANY refund if customer conduct is poor/abusive, the commission has reached the coloring stage, abuse of the adjustment/ progress system to get free artwork or edit said artwork to pass as your ownBlacklists
If you fail to adhere to the terms of service, you will be given a warning (depending on severity). If the warning is ignored, then you will be put on a public blacklist so fellow artists can be aware of your actions. The reasoning along with all known socials will be shown

Prices

Prices are shown in U.S dollars. Payment methods are Cashapp and Stripe, which will be given after reaching out to the artist personally through the socials linked on the homepage

Old refs with some changes fall under this. Excessive changes ( upt to about 5-10) will be an extra $10

Additional Prices

Adjustments
Fixes to the piece are typically free, but if they extend a total of 15 changes, then you must pay +$10 for another set of 15. Adjustments must pertain to the stage the art is at which means only asking for lineart/anatomy changes in the lineart stage, changing the color of a certain part in the coloring stage, etc.
Any "fixes" you want made that are not in it's respective stage will be an extra $10.Additional Characters
Additional characters will be added to the cost depending on the tier:- Headshots=$10- Halfbody = $15- Fullbody = $20Detailed Backgrounds
Depending on the severity, a detailed background will cost an extra $10-$20, which will be discussed personally with the artist.
